Rugby Development Manager (Women)

RUGBY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (WOMEN)-RDMW

Singapore Rugby in conjunction with Standard Chartered Bank wishes to appoint a RDMW on a full time basis. This role will involve:

1. Taking leadership for all aspects of development and performance development for Women’s rugby,
2. Conducting practical sessions in schools, Polytechnics and ITE’s, Universities and Clubs in modified and contact rugby,
3. Creating links between student players and Clubs to promote extended participation,
4. Working with Clubs to improve their playing standards and infrastructure,
5. Meeting specific Key Performance Indicators with regard to improving the standard of Women’s rugby in Singapore at all levels.
