The stage is set for Sunday's WNRC finals.
Whilst Bucks look the favourites to enter the finals early this season with a (27-5) win over SRC in Round 1, the loss of several key Bucks players due to travel and a beefed-up SRC backline, saw SRC take Bucks (10-0) in their second meeting to tie the teams at second place after Game 2 of Round 2.
SRC improved their Round 1 score against Blacks in Game 2 of Round 2 by more than half to edge Bucks out of the finals on point difference and there is everything to play for in the final where the winner takes all this weekend.
