National Women's 7s Coach, Gene Tong, selected 10 players from the squad of 16 previously picked by the national selectors for the training squad for the 2009 Hong Kong International Women's 7s.
5 of the 10 players are from the squad which Tong last led to the the SEA Games silver medal in 2007.
The team will travel to Hong Kong on 26 March 2009 to compete in the event.
